We arrive 2-3 hours before your event start time to install, test and tune the entire system.
A technician remains on-site or on-call throughout your event to ensure flawless audio performance.
After your event concludes, we handle all equipment breakdown and collect your feedback for future improvements.

Yes. Our Yamaha DM3-D lets us mix officiants, speeches, presenters, instruments and playback, then plan feeds for the audience, stage monitors or recording. Share your event timeline, input list and output needs so we can confirm routing, interfaces and equipment.
Coverage depends on the venue, room layout, acoustics, indoor or outdoor setting and program. Attendance helps us plan, but does not guarantee a particular rig will be suitable. We confirm the system after reviewing your event.
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance for weekend events and 14 days for weekday events. Our premium inventory is limited, and popular dates book quickly, especially during wedding and conference seasons.
Engineer support is scoped to your event. Tell us your program, operating hours and input/output needs so your quote can specify setup, sound check and on-site support.
Yes, we can support outdoor events with proper planning. We require covered areas for equipment protection from weather, adequate power supply, and may recommend specific gear configurations for optimal outdoor sound. Additional fees may apply for outdoor setups.
