Yes, all of our Premium and Complete packages include a dedicated audio engineer who handles setup, sound check, and monitoring throughout your event. For Essential packages, setup is included but ongoing engineer support is available as an add-on.
Yes, we can support outdoor events with proper planning. We require covered areas for equipment protection from weather, adequate power supply, and may recommend specific gear configurations for optimal outdoor sound. Additional fees may apply for outdoor setups.
